On Monday, October 24th, 2022, the Clay County Historical Society will welcome our GUEST SPEAKER.
Kevin Hooper, a noted author, and historian.
Mr. Hooper will describe some drama at Fort Heileman, from the Seminole War. “New Ideas on an Old Site: Get out of my fort Mr. Lumley! and the Fort Heileman Ordnance Depot”. The meeting is free and open to the public.
The Presentation will begin at 7:00 PM in the first-floor meeting room of the Historic Clay County Courthouse,
